As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. The antidote to a bad scan: use a photo editing program (I use GIMP) and change the Colors:Levels to darken the drawing.
+ its best to have the image completely flat on the scanner to avoid gray tones on the page.
